Subject: 70.3 Training Plans I am in the hunt for a good 70.3 training plan. I am doing Rev3 Branson in September and am shooting for sub 5:30. I already have a good base built up and have done a sprint (400m, 14m, 5k in 1:13 ) and an Olympic in 2:25 already this year. I would probably shoot for lower than 5:30 but being a flatlander I'm a little worried that the Branson bike course is going to take a lot out of me.
I am currently 6', 195lbs and would like to be in the neighborhood of 175 to 180 by September. I've already dropped 20 in the last couple of months with training and a better diet. I'd prefer to haul 15-20 less through the Ozark elevations.
Anyway, without rambling anymore I'd like a decent plan. A lot on here seem too basic and low volume. Can someone point me in the right direction? |
