Subject: Intervals of less than 1 not saving
Hello. In the Interval section, if I enter an interval of less than 1 (e.g., .5 or .25) and save, the next time I view it, the distance is blank. The time is saved, but the distance field is blank.

Also, in the comment/description field, (of the same interval section) anything I enter after I insert a comma gets truncated.

This happens on both IE and Chrome, using Win 7.

I love the new look, great job. Keep up the good work!

Thx.

The doctor says not to run again. Ever. Needless to say, I’m not taking this very well. Can I recover from this? Where should I go from here?

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

What kind of time difference would one expect in changing from a road bike with aerobars to a tri bike with aerobars over a HIM distance if using the same wheelset?

My thanks to the triathlete community for being there when I need you. That’s the beautiful thing about triathletes. None of us are all right, and no one expects anyone else to be.

When running or biking, is it best to work towards increasing distance, stamina, working with heart rates, intervals, speed, drills, etc.?

As a triathlete, there is one acronym that you just can’t fathom ever having next to your name in a race report – DNF: DID NOT FINISH.

“Too bad there’s not anything like this for triathletes.” There are a million books and articles on how to train. One of the toughest parts of triathlon training is how to fit them into everyday life.
