My wife and I heard her speak in 2012 and were moved by her eloquence as she read poems and essays and told stories from her youth. A beautiful and intense lady, she will be missed.

She is certainly one who will continue to live on, through her words, and the people she has touched. I know that she will be missed, especially by her family and those close to her, but she will continue to touch and inspire people, even though she has shaken off this earthly coil.

I didn't know she had been sick. There is something she said once that really stuck with me. "When someone reveals their self to you, believe them." I have always been a slow learner in the people department and that made me feel better about no longer feeling like I had to give someone a second chance once they showed their true self. She certainly had many other more positive messages, but this one stuck with me. RIP

For most age-group triathletes, getting the most out of there time for quality workouts can be daunting. Think outside the triangle to get a little more.
