Swim
Comments: Need to work on incorporating smooth transition from swimming to navigation back to swimming. Too much zig-zagging. Transition 1
Comments: Just need to get faster. BOTH races this weekend I forgot to unstrap my bike shoes and pull out the tongues.!! What would you do differently?: See above Bike
Comments: Biking will be my focus going forward. I can avg around 21 on an average course, but the hills here brought my speed down. However, others in my AG were averaging 22-23 mph, which is where I need to get. What would you do differently?: I will incorporate more speed work into my biking going forward, just as I have with running. Transition 2
Comments: All went well What would you do differently?: Again, need to pull out the tongue on running shoes ahead of time!!! Run
Comments: A great race, very well organized, and the toughest course I have done yet. What would you do differently?: Pay more attention to details (shoes) in transitions. Post race
Event comments: Great race. It rained and blew in biblical proportions immediately after the race.My best finish yet, both overall and within age group. Last updated: 2004-07-13 12:00 AM
