Before work and after work on the trainer (snow,cold,dark here now so it's inside to ride)
Not doubles every day, just once in a while.
I only have about 30mins - 1 hr in the AM, same in PM though I can get away with longer rides sometimes.
Coming back after a 1 month rest.
Training for Oly in May, HIM in mid Summer.
If you can get close to an hour on the bike once a day, you shouldn't need to get back on the bike later in the day. During that one ride, work hard--really hard. If you have time in the PM and feel OK, go for an EZ run.
I will be 20 this summer and am planning on doing Ironman Montreal. This will be my first year of triathlon, can I do this and stay away from injuries?
