Subject: RE: 6.24.16 Fabulous Friday!Rest day for me today. I did my 2 minute plank, and I will probably do my boot camp workout, but that's about it.
I have to gather my race stuff for a practice race tomorrow morning with the local club. I hope to learn a bunch tomorrow. Don't know what the distance is for the swim, but it's supposed to be a 12 mile bike and a 3 mile run. If the swim is anywhere close to 500 yards, it ought to be dangerously close to the race I will be doing as my first one.
