Subject: 6.24.16 Fabulous Friday!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  a little walk, some stretching and core work, packing up all my tri gear plus gear for my younger daughter who is doing the kids' tri with her friend. Race day tomorrow!  I am sure hoping my run is better tomorrow than it was back on June 4!

Rest day for me today. I did my 2 minute plank, and I will probably do my boot camp workout, but that's about it.

I have to gather my race stuff for a practice race tomorrow morning with the local club. I hope to learn a bunch tomorrow. Don't know what the distance is for the swim, but it's supposed to be a 12 mile bike and a 3 mile run. If the swim is anywhere close to 500 yards, it ought to be dangerously close to the race I will be doing as my first one.

5:30 am -altitude spin - legs were tired from the last 3 days of workouts.

Heading to PT in a bit, then hopefully a 2000yd swim after.

8:10 - a late start (on purpose), 1400' easy swim, pull-focused drills

15' strength/core work
