Go to 'settings' --> 'training log settings', about halfway down to 'calorie expenditures'...make sure you put you bio data in and then you can fine-tune it with the 'activity level'. Though you will have to 'resave' anything with old data for the new calorie data to take effect.
Without knowing your stats, you can certainly adjust it more...as that setting is more of a 'fudge factor'...do you have a number you should be at compared against other online calculators?
