Subject: RE: 08.16.2019 Friday FitnessI did my usual 5 minute workout (plank, push ups, and sit ups ) in the morning. After I saw everyone off, I got the bike shoes on, and got a 24 mile bike ride in on our local trail. Nothing real fast, just getting in some miles. I've got a metric century ride next weekend, so the plan was to get 25 yesterday, and 40+ tomorrow.
