6:00 AM - Back at it this morning. My morning routine has had monkey wrench in it for the past three days. I got in a 7-1/2 mile run today that included 3x1600m repeats. I was glad that I worked things out this morning. it was a nice run.
I put down 6 miles in the mid afternoon, it was way HOT. Plan was for 10, I am not good at running in the afternoon after life events, like food and such. Indigestion and heat were my enemy FOR SURE.
I feel like I made a good decision stopping when I did.
I did my usual 5 minute workout (plank, push ups, and sit ups) in the morning. After I saw everyone off, I got the bike shoes on, and got a 24 mile bike ride in on our local trail. Nothing real fast, just getting in some miles. I've got a metric century ride next weekend, so the plan was to get 25 yesterday, and 40+ tomorrow.
