Subject: Bicyclists are not the only people drivers can not see
I almost ran a car off the road on the expressway because it was a huge down poor, she might have gone into my blind spot after I looked, and the worst part she had a black car without her lights on.

Why do some people thing its ok not to have there lights on when its dark, rainining, and there is low visiblity?

A law was just passed in my state where you have to turn on your headlights whenever your winsheild wipers are on. Yet today in the rain, I saw so many drivers w/out their headlights on.

Illinois has had that law forever, but it doesn't seem to have helped.

I thought we did not I am not sure.

Most people do it but I swear its the ones that do not are the ones you really have to watch out for. Just like if I go to the gym after work and its dark when I am coming home there tends to be 1 person on the expressway at night who do not have there lights on.
