Subject: How do I alter the days I train on?
Would I move the data or copy it?? I also want to work-out 6 days instead of 5??

I would say that you would want to move it if you just want to move a workout to a more convenient day.  Most people use the 'copy' if they want to copy a strength workout to the next week.

If you want to workout 6 days instead of 5, you can split up a 'two-a-day' for instance.

Let us know what plan you are trying to use and give us a few more details on your schedule and race and we can see more of what you want to do.

Thanks; I'm using the Olympic Balanced for beginners. The sprint was too easy, but I'm not able to do the running yet. I plan on competing in a sprint event in Oct. I can swim no problem that is my background and biking is easy- I'm not fast yet but I have good endurance. I will just spread out the days and use the training as a guideline- I guess what matters is the hours at the end of the week- correct??
