Subject: RE: Training for 2nd OLYProbably not. The difference between training for a Half Iron and a Olympic is huge. While the training volumes may be similar, the types of workouts in each plan are quite different. The run volume in the Oly to HIM bridge is considerably more than what you're currently used to and you don't have *that* much of a base according to what's in your training logs. You could really be risking an injury. At this point you still have a lot of gains to be made simply by sticking to a consistent plan that was created for an Olympic distance race. You'd be best served by using the Beginner Olympic - 8 Week - HR Zone Based, or perhaps the Olympic, Basic 12 Week - RPE Based plans
