Subject: Is there an easy way to merge two training programs?I am currently doing the 1/2 mary silver training program as my winter run focus and as prep for a 1/2 mary I have planned for next year. In addition to this I was thinking of adding some swim workouts as I need help on my swim.
I looked at the 20wk Winter Maint program that is designed for Sprint athletes and most of the swim workouts are exactly what I need at this time since my swim is terrible. What I was wondering is there an easy way to get the swim portion of this training program only merged into my current training program or do I need to actually type each workout into my training log?
