Subject: JUNE Peaches!

For the month of JUNE, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach. 

The goal is 100% Peach for 30 days.  Below is a peachy month   (green is a racing stem)...be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rule, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

My mentor challenged the group to this so I'm in. I started the month off (I'm in Australia so way in front on time difference) with 100 bench push ups.

Peachy 2 mile run tody!  I am terrible at logging workouts and need that added push to do something everyday so this would be great for me.  This will be the first challenge that I have taken part in.  Laughing
