I logged on to chat tonight 6-11, and things had changed. When I went to log on, the screen told me who was in chat. When I got on, I could only see my posts. The room also said I was the only one in the room. I was able to change the background to see two other users and interact with them, but they showed as undefined. When a new person entered I could see there screen name.

Let me know what I did to the room so i can fix it please.

We recently updated the chat application. You probably have some of the older files in your browser cache and they're conflicting with newer ones being downloaded.  Clear your cache/temp files and try again.

tried to clean the histories. even tried to Ctrl refresh combo, and the same thing is happening. I know this is not happening to others, so I would love some more input on what my computer is doing wrong.

update, I can use it on my internet explorer fine, but through AOL it is all messed up. not sure how to fix it, or if I can.
