Retail Therapy and Bike Crash Update

5 days after crashing my bike, I got my diagnosis - fracture of the greater tuberosity of the humerus. Luckily there is no tissue damage and it's non-displaced, so healing should be quick. I'll be in a sling another 2 weeks minimum, maybe another week after depending on what the doc thinks. I'm only allowed on the trainer and the elliptical between now and then so I can't even run

However, I boosted my spirits today with the purchase of a Cervelo P2C Ultegra. I can't manage the fitting for awhile, but it just felt good to know it will be waiting for me when I recover. Nothing like a little retail therapy to expedite recovery!
