sore wrists on trainer?

Did that, helped some for a while, but didn't completely get rid of the problem.  I _think_ I have my bike levelled properly, but I suppose if it is slightly downhill that might exacerbate the issue?

x2  I've been using the trainer more often recently, and I have the same issue.  I now constantly move my hands all over the bars, flipping them over in positions sometimes I'd never do on the road, just to try and alleviate the pain and numbness.  About once or twice a ride, I'll just sit up in the saddle and hang my arms down while still keeping cadence.  Watching women's beach volleyball also helps in forgetting the pain.   

Oh, if you don't have a front wheel holder, get one Fed-Ex.  My wrists were killing me in the week I rode without one.  Now they just hurt a little.
