I now constantly move my hands all over the bars, flipping them over in positions sometimes I'd never do on the road, just to try and alleviate the pain and numbness. About once or twice a ride, I'll just sit up in the saddle and hang my arms down while still keeping cadence. Watching women's beach volleyball also helps in forgetting the pain. |
