Subject: RE: Running FormMy wife had been using the same running shoes (New Balance) for a few years, always upgrading to the next model when one was retired. After running in the rain one day, she forgot to dry them properly and for the next few weeks, she kept hitting her ankles with her shoes during her runs...to the point of rubbing herself raw and bleeding. She also started getting blisters where she previously had never gotten any. We took her for a new and DIFFERENT make of shoe and the problem was fixed. Moral of the story....Maybe it's the shoes, not you. |
