Subject: Ironman 70.3 Augusta Ga
I know it's a ways off but has anyone signed up the the 70.3 race in Augusta Ga for next year? I kind of like the prospect of a point to point swim. I did the Tri Indy Oly this year with a point to point canal swim and it was pretty good. I suck at open water loop courses and this would suit me pretty well.

Check the GA forum, there are several threads about this race...one very recent one.  I think a bunch of GA & SC people have signed up already..

I live in Augusta and I'm already signed up for it!  The point to point swim with the current will be a nice treat   Like Courtney said, check out the GA forum- there's a lot of discussion about the race there that you should find helpful

It's going to be an awesome race...you know why? b/c it'll be my first HIM. exhilaration, baby...and it's still a year out!
