Tomorrow...see you all there!

Then I'm kicking my training into high gear.  5 mile runs will start on Tuesday.  Swims will be at least 1500 meters, and rides will be 20+ miles.

I plan on doing a TON of running, and maybe try a marathon in the spring.

Good luck, those worldgate tri's are fun.

This race went extremely smooth.  Got the help I needed to pass in the pool.  I wasnt too worried, because the guy that I passed finished about 10 seconds behind me, so it would not have added a lot of time to my time in the overall picture.  But it was still nice to get the help.

Also, I just want to state for the record, that all triathlons should end with a 2 mile run like Taylor Love.  Sprint, Oly, 1/2 IM & IM.  All of them!!!  When I came to the "turn around cone", I thought that it was just another turn on the way out.  Man, there is lot more than 1.2 Miles between 2 Miles and 3.2 at the end of a sprint!  LOL

I'll take an extra 6 mile bike any day!

Yep, that 2 mile run is nice.  The only issue I had with that tri earlier in the year is people seeding themselves way too high for the swim.  Seeing people that seeded themselves in the top 20 doing backstroke after 2 lengths of the pool in a 300M swim is kind of annoying.

It was fun!   Cold, but fun.

Backstroke?   Yikes... I didn't see any of that yesterday.   I hate that pool though... I couldn't see well at all (I think I need new contacts) so I did have to breast stroke occasionally to avoid a head on collision.  Saw a few almost happen before I got in the pool.
