Subject: Planned Training Emails

Not a big deal, but thought it might be indicative of something going haywire.

I've gotten the email for tomorrow's workout 3 times - it's arriving every hour on the hour.  (It usually only comes at 9PM.)

Same thing happened to me - one at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00 (eastern).

Code gremlins. Nasty little buggers.

Actually, I changed the format to make them readable on mobile devices and managed to delete the line of code that manages exactly when to send them. Should be ok now. Sorry for the hassle.
