Just wondering if anyone here had a recommendation for any DC area running coaches?

I found a few via google but don't know anything about them.

Had a few recommended by friends but they are all out of the area and from reading the info from the local coaches most do weekly group sessions where you can get some 1 on 1 analysis which would be nice.

1. stop running like a girl
2. if you want to be faster, move your legs faster

There you go. And you didn't have to pay me for it!

^^^^ always full of profound advice 3558....

maybe check some of the local colleges adds for coaches (college athletes looking for coaching jobs in the summer)?  if i was looking to give private swim lessons while in school, i would probably post something there.  maybe it is the same for running?

i would check out PRR & Pacers too, they probably know people in the area that coach.

I haven't used them myself, but I know several people who have worked with Potomac River Running and have been pleased.

All the girls I know are faster than I am so running like a girl would actually be an improvement...
