My husband has been bugging me for years to try his rollers so this morning I gave in and decided to give them a shot. Thanks to his latest birthday/anniversary present of a used power rack we were able to create an environment where I was least likely to injure myself or any part of the house.
I managed to ride for 15 minutes with lots of concentration.....Overall it was a great workout/experience!!

That first attempt is always one we remember....I'm (un)fortunate enough to have a couple narrow door jams in my house. I just call roller workouts my "bouncing off the wall" workouts, complete with bruised biceps to show how uncoordinated I truly am......
