Subject: actual versus plannedHow is the Actual vs. Planned calculated? My swim workouts are in distance, not time. My bike and run workouts are done in time, not distance. Also, is there a way to enter a time range? For example, if the plan is for "bike 3.5-4 hours?" P.S. I love the idea of making the equipment selection "sticky" so that the training log remembers the last equipment used! |
