I am.  it will be my 3rd year doing it with my co-workers (missed it in 2008 since I got married that weekend). 

Not running hard this year, I am going to walk run ith a good friend of mine who isn't a runner and then go home and I get to ride 1 hour and run 25 km!!!  (IM training - florida).
