We're going to be looking at additional uploading options over the next few weeks, and they may include uploads of tcx files which are XML. We won't however be specifically supporting gmn files garmin_forerunner_tools.

Okay, thanks very much for the update. I managed to get Windows installed as a dual-boot set-up on my computer and will upload information through windows until something changes. Again, thanks for your efforts.

If you use Virtual Box, http://www.virtualbox.org/(free), or VMWare, http://www.vmware.com/(commercial), you can run WIN inside your Linux machine without rebooting. If the only thing you use WIN for is uploading this then it's a great way to do it.
