hi Ron,

Sorry if there is already a way to add a race to the BT calendar.

I did it in the past on the old site, but don't see how to do it with the new format.

Can you enlighten me ?

If you go through your race log 'add race', if you don't find it through the wizard, you have the option to create a new entry.

I meant adding a race to the BT Calendar, as in "Find A Race"

I want to add XTERRA FREEDOMFEST TRI, which is on July 5
This is an event that we run here on Oahu.

this is what I don't know how to do in the new format.

They do go to the same place.  We took off the ability for a RD to directly add a race to the calendar as there were many duplicates being entered and the information was so-so.  At the bottom of the site a RD can 'contact us' and we will put their races in for them which makes the races database a lot more accurate and standardized.  

So yes, you can go through the method above if you don't see a race.  If there are a bunch of them from the same RD that needs updating, I can do that just let me know the races.

I did see it went to a contact form, but wasn't sure if that was the mode.
