Subject: 1.16.18 Tuesday Training!Good morning BT! 1/2 way through January...hard to believe! 4:45am: :40 minute run with Z3 intervals, felt great 5:30am: Upper body strength + stretching. Right hip was very tight this weekend, need to get some flexibility going in both hips. With all the uphill hiking/running I've been doing I've noticed a lot more tightness than usual.
