Subject: "Best" Compression Socks?

For those of you that use compression socks what is the best pair you have found that cover both your feet and your calves. Just feet up to your knees. I received a pair that just cover my calves as a gift and like them. No place local sells anything.

I got my pair from my mother who got a pair for herself (not a runner), just to wear. She loved them and sent me a pair. They are Zensah (sp?), my legs do feel a bit more springy while I wearing them, for wether or not they do anything... the jury is still out. If its in my head, they thats fine with me.

I shared those sentiments completely with you until I was given some compression wear to test out. I don't feel as though compression wear does anything for me while training BUT I have been wearing tights while sleeping and I truly believe that they are aiding in recovery. My doc agrees with my view that they are probably best for AFTER training to aid in recovery.
