Subject: RE: Start the Insanity!Did it 4 times back to back. Now I just stick with swim/bike/run. I finished the Insanity thing 3 months ago. FANTASTIC for quads, core, and abs, in that order. A little upper body too, but nothing too much. Also, keep in mind, you won't see much results unless you strictly follow the diet plan or form your own diet plan very similar to what is listed.
