Subject: So tired.I have quite a busy life. I work two jobs that require me to be on my feet, and sometimes the shifts are 12hrs long. I also go to school full time throughout the week which is mentally demanding, and requires a good bit of studying. I am the President of my class club and that eats up time from my schedule on a regular basis. On top of all this, I am training for a 70.3 coming up in November.
With my schedule the way it is, I get about 5 hrs of sleep a night, and try to take a 20min power nap in the afternoon. It is obviously not enough, because I am constantly run down. I do my best to get in 10-15 hrs. of training time a week, but with little rest, I feel as though I am doing more harm than good sometimes.
I am looking for a good supplement that will help maximize recovery and energy with minimal rest and recovery time. Can anyone recommend something? Am I asking for a miracle? |
