Ooooo Looks like a Big BC Pushup Rivalry!

I'm swimming at 3:30-4:30 with the Tri Club, but contemplating hitting the trainer as well!

Less then 26 hours until I am done exams :D Yayyyyyyyyyy!

EDIT: Can't believe I didn't mention this.  I went to a sports doc this morning about my calf/shin and he told me a few things:

1) It's not a stress fracture, since it's been improving and I have little to no pain.  He also doesn't know exactly what it is, but said I can start a slow walk/run program next week.

2)He looked at my shoes vs. stride as well as arch of my foot and told me Neutral shoes may be causing my constant injuries.  He told me I need a Stability/Support shoe.  He gave me a few recommendations:  Asics GT-2140, Asics Gel-Kayano, Mizuno Wave Nirvana/Inspire.  He did not reccomend any New Balance or Brooks etc.

3) Suggested I buy new shoes before I start running again.... Gahhh this is A LOT of money I'm gonna need to spend on shoes

30:00 on the trainer tonight (I literally had to dust it off).  My couldn't take anything longer.  Ouch.  It's been a loooong time.

Nutrition was stellar if it weren't for the two extra spoonfuls of Nutella so I can't take today as a success.  That stuff is just way too good...

Good luck in the final exam(s). And it might be more money (new shoes), but if that's all that you need to do, then it's a pretty easy fix.

Oh yeah, 40min swim this morning.
