Yoga for Charity - in Victoria

We are only a week away from the first of my by-donation yoga classes at MokSana Yoga Centre! ... so mark on your calendars:

When: Saturday April 11, 1:30-3:00 pm
Where: MokSana Yoga Centre, 500 Fan Tan Alley
What: Beginner-Intermediate level Hatha/Vinyasa yoga and meditation
Why: To raise money for charity!

No pre-registration is required, it is pay at the door. Suggested donation $10, but pay what you can.

For every donation of $30 or more, you will receive a free 60-minute Reiki Therapy treatment (value $65) - to be used at a mutually convenient time in my clinic space - please see http://www.423nutrition.ca/reiki_therapy.htmlfor more details on Reiki and how it is used.

All proceeds are going directly to my fundraising initiative through Off The Mat, Into The World and their 2009 Seva Challenge - Bare Witness: African Humanitarian Tour.
