Wrecked today. (pics tomorrow)

tore the hide from the right side of my body... disinfecting all that road rash was so much fun (and walking into CVS pharmacy wearing a white...stained red on the right side... t-shirt and bike shorts was pretty comical as well)... I guess attempting to get a tan while training wasn't such a hot idea.

Stupid Rain in Tennessee...
Bike goes to the shop tomorrow to see what it's damage is. Def. needs a new brake lever and possibly a shifter. Sigh...

Oh well, thought I would throw a shout-out to whoever it was on here that said "Land on your shoulder and roll" Excellent advice, could have been much worse as I was going pretty fast. I did land on the right side though (Sad times, fortunately both derailers / crank seem fine)

Oh well, I guess it's JUST running / lifting for me for a week or so
