Okay, I'm coming around to some of the lingo but I can't seem to figure out what "brick" is.

When I think of a brick I think of a building material that we use to make houses, sidewalks, and to throw at people who insist on using their speaker phone in the lines at the grocery store.

Could we make a sticky for some of the lingo and acronyms used on the forum or in triathlons.

Such as...
HTFU - Harden the ____ up
TdF - Tour de France
70.3 - Half Ironman
Brick - ???
Roadies
MIL... just kidding

Just a thought because when I first came here I spent a lot of time researching what a few letters meant.

A brick is a workout that combines 2 disciplines, usually bike and run.  I've heard a few different reasons it's called a brick including "Bike Run ick" and your legs feeling like bricks as you transition to the run.

Thanks for the glossary link.  That helps a ton.
