Subject: Compression Gear?
I am starting to up my distances in running and biking and am considering investing in some compression gear to reduce muscle soreness.  Have you used any of the compression gear?  Sleeves? Tights?  Is it worth it?  And is there any place to get compression wear at a reasonable price?

thanks!

Rite Aid or Walgreens - the "old people" compression socks.

I think no one is responding as we have numerous threads on the topic already. Do a search and you will find a wealth of info.

I have a "nicer" set from Walgreens that have higher compression and a few pairs of Dr. Scholls from Wal-Mart with lower compression.  Both seem to help, especially combined with an ice bath.  At some point I'm going to suck it up and buy the Zoot tights, but at $150 it's a little ways down my list.
