Subject: wetsuit/tri-suit question
I am prepping for my first tri, The Nations (Oly) and I just got my first wetsuit and have trained in it a few times to get used to it before the race.  For the bike and run part, I plan to get a tri-suit (1 piece).  Does this go under the wetsuit duing the swim?  That seems to make the most sense to me, but I havent found any definitive info on that.

If anyone with experience with wetsuits/tri-suits could help me out on this one, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Yup, and it will dry pretty quickly once you get on the bike.  Have a great first race !
(oh, and make sure you practice running/ riding in your tri suit at least once before the race)

Yes, it goes under the wetsuit. Yes, it'll get soaked. They're made to wick water away from you and dry quickly, though.

Yep, definitely wear your stuff (one-piece or 2-piece) under your wetsuit. That way, no nudity in the transition area   Tri clothes are made to get wet and dry fast.

Cheers, Chris

Wear it under the wetsuit.

Practice getting out of the wetsuit while its wet and onto the bike...  I practiced running from the shower to my back yard wet and transitioning to the bike... its weird the first couple times.
