Shiiiit...this isn't starting off well. Ran the other night (in CRAZY weather in the DARK with FALLING trees - fallen...fallING) and then subsequent nights have been railroaded from feasibility. Tonight, I will ride (on the trainer in the wine room once I lube my chain). I don't think it's what's on the schedule but it will have to do. Walked Angus only to have him ROLL IN POO. Thanks you little craphead (literally)....especially because I was trying to take it easy with him because he got a booboo on his foot yesterday (again) and swimmer's tail from having too much fun at daycare. Stupid animal.

But me...well...yes, I'm planning on "tri-training" for my new fitness regime as it's probably the most likely way of fitting healthy living into my quite busy schedule. I'm still not eating great because I spend so much time on the road these days that it's hard not to have to stop for food sometimes. No races planned yet...perhaps the Kelowna Apple Sprint or Oly...or maybe try-a-tri (again...for the third time) if things lead that way. More about getting into it than about racing just yet.

And yeah, Jen, HSB would be a good idea...I think I need to ride first....a lot.Hi all.Doc, was in the clinic a couple of weeks ago to grab Sentinel and asked if you were around and was just told you were having lunch, so couldn't say hi...see you soon, though!
