Hello,

I'm new to the site. Can you import a route and data collected by MapMyRide into the training log? Or do you have to map out the route by hand? Also, it looks like once you enter in a workout, you can't edit it, would have to delete and start over. Is this correct?

Thanks!

If another site has GPX export, routes can be imported by uploading a GPX file.

Workouts can absolutely be edited, just click on the Training link for that day in your Blog view, or on the date in Calendar or Week view.

  1. Go to your Route Manager
  2. Click Create a New Route
  3. Make sure the selector next to "Upload From" reads "GPX File"
  4. Click the "Go" button.
  5. Select the sport
