Subject: Newcomer
Hi Everyone,

I am new to the world of Triathlons. I did my first Triathlon at the High Cliff State Park on Father's Day and loved the experience of it and would love to do more. I would appreciate any input anyone would like to share with me as far as training or tips. I hope everyone has a safe 4th.
