Subject: 8.9.16 Tuesday Training

Good morning!  I totally slept in, but since my days are numbered for that, I'll take it!

On tap for today:  Speed workout consisting of 800m and 400m repeats then lower body strength stuff.

Definitely take those late mornings when you can get them!

5:30 - 40 minute run, with 15' at tempo. 6:10 - strength

Hey all!
The last couple weeks have been crazy busy, finally getting back to posting. Kids are back in school so hopefully going to be more consistent with my strength training!

5:15am - 60 min power spin - nice fatigue in the legs afterwards!

8am - 2400yd swim. Well, I felt slow and my times were slow. ugh.

I am tapering this week.

Did short intervals with bike, run and swim!! I felt better today. I was tired and slow yesterday.

We sent our younger son off to OK State to start his master's today. House is empty. We will see how we like it
