Hey there!

6:15 - 3,000 yard swim, lots of tempo and kick work. I got a Garmin 735 for Christmas, and tried it out in the pool. Let's just say there was some user error such that it recorded a bunch of my kick sets as rest, and the rest as swimming. Oops.

Have a great day!

Trainer ride on tap later tonight, maybe I'll even get the courage to even do the 5' CP test, ACK!

I hope to be doing local sprint that I've done 12 of the past 14 years. 34th annual Pineappleman, the longest running tri in FL.  Hope my feet stay healthy enough along the way.  I have a medical rollover from last year so I'm already registered!
