Beautiful weather, awesome crowds, amazing volunteers and what a great setting! My run started out WAY to fast....as usual and I died at the 18 Mile marker. IT bands, the bane of my existence started seizing and made running at any pace almost impossible and it just got worse. Saw Leah and a bunch of others I know, had a good time overall, learned lots  for the next big run!

great job you two!  sorry your ITBs were acting up Chris.....and that you went out too fast (that is so hard not to do!).

Great job on running the whole thing Leah!

and it was a beautiful day though wasn't it!?

It was really cool to run into Leah yesterday. She was looking strong the whole time I was with her.

Oh and rereading your post Leah, it could come accross that I was pacing you by running beside you. Let's clear that up. I cannot run that fast. I was riding my bike.
