Subject: Training during the stormy weekLooks like i'll get alot of rain and some decent winds here in Central Florida because of the TS/Hurricane Fay this week. I have my first Oly Tri in 5 weeks and cannot afford a few days off. Whats the best way to train for running and biking? Should i hit the YMCA and ride the stationary bike or spin class? Which is better? Also, treadmill running i assume is my best bet for running? How should i prepare and expect to train this week? |
