I have researched until I'm blue in the face. About 3 months now of pouring over the data.
My build is average in that upper and lower torso is average. So, There are a # of bike that fit me well.

For the money, it seems that the Planet x Stealth TT is the way to go.

Even w/ sram red groupo and deep dish carbon wheels (planet x)I will be under 4 grand. And under 16.5 lbs!

All of the carbon on this bike is 12k carbon grade.

Has anyone heard of any negatives?

Here is a negative: it doesn't say "CERVELO" or "TTX" on the side. Other than that, should be a solid ride.

I should also note that I had my butt handed to me at my last HIM by a guy on a PX bike.

If it's a good fit for you, there's probably no reason you shouldn't buy it.

You may want to PM Aaron (JeepFleeb), he rides a Stealth Pro Carbon with moderate success.

I am new to triathlons but have been riding quite awhile.  I don't know why anybody would spend thousands to purchase a bike without getting a profesional measured fit.   I have heard goot things about "Retul".  Don't wast four grand on a bike by saving $250 for a real fit.  Standing over a bike and pulling up the front wheel is not a real fitting.

i rode one i custom painted for a long time, great bike, just could not quiet get the fit right for me and the way i ride.

you cant really go wrong with one as long as it fits you.
