Subject: RE: Bricks how ofter how many???My sprint is still about 7 weeks away, and I have done a couple bricks to get the feel. Done a 20km bike followed by a 2.5km run, Done a 20km bike followed by a full 5km, and so on. I do one right now about every 3rd week. I dont know how effective it will be, but I am finding that I do them on a sunday, and still have a lot in the tank the rest of the week for the rest of the training I do. Love to hear some elaboration on this too. |
