My first IM is in November and I already have the jitters!  If you figure it out, let ME know   I would say trust your training.  You put in the time and made it to the start line healthy.  That is the MOST you could hope for.  Now make sure you enjoy the day and experience -  in four days you will be an IRONMAN!!!

The work has been done, so all you can do now is wait for it to come.  Just trust your training.

As for advice.  Don't forget your nutrition and hydration -KEY.  Force it in you if you have to.  Relax on the swim, don't cook yourself on the bike, just survive the run.

For me, the thoughest part was the second half of the run.  By then, it was pure will power and survival.

I have heard that you can stand up on the swim if you want to since it is shallow.

Is it to late to bail out?  (just kidding) Laughter is good for the nerves..

As the others have said you have paid the price  and now it is time to reap the rewards....Trust yourself.  Look forward to race report.
