Subject: RE: front wheel for ClydesdaleI've had no problems riding any wheels (my weight ranging from 240 down to 200 ) with as few as 20 spokes.
I used to have a set of Mavic Cosmics (there's a front in the classifieds currently ) that is frickin' bombproof and decently aero.
The front doesn't see as much stress as the rear, so you could go lighter with that as compared to the rear.
Otherwise, look for a used 404 or Hed Jet/Stinger if you want some thing a bit more aero. |
